Job summary

Custom Patch Hats in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, stock supplies, and support the Shipping Team with packaging hats.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good attention to detail, and teamwork. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Gather and remove cardboard from Packaging stations, operate baler to make cardboard bales.
• Clean hats, build shipping boxes, and package customer orders.
• Organize the warehouse space and remove trash when needed.
• Support shipping and receiving areas when workload increases.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Organize stock and maintain operating supply inventory.
• Removal of cardboard from workstations, make cardboard bales using baler.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for helping maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, organizing and stocking operating supplies, and supporting the Shipping Team packaging and shipping hats.

Duties/Responsibilities:
