Job summary

Custom Patch Hats, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help maintain a clean, organized warehouse, stock operating supplies, and support the Shipping Team in packaging and shipping hats.

You will gather supplies, build boxes, inspect products for defects, organize space, and operate warehouse equipment. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and remove cardboard from Packaging stations and baler to make cardboard bales.
• Clean hats, build shipping boxes, and package customer orders.
• Organize the warehouse space and remove trash when needed.
• Support shipping and receiving areas when workload increases.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Organize stock and maintain operating supply inventory.
• Removal of cardboard from workstations, make cardboard bales using baler.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for helping maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, organizing and stocking operating supplies, and supporting the Shipping Team packaging and shipping hats.

Requirements

Physical demands:

Schedule: The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
