We are hiring for the position of Warehouse Associate at J.W. Logistics, LLC. The role involves various responsibilities related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.

Position Details

• Hours: 10pm - 6:30am, Sunday-Thursday evening
• Reports to: No direct reports

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping and receiving orders, unload trucks, check in merchandise, and match purchase orders to sales orders.
• Review customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be moved or redistributed within the warehouse.
• Sort and place materials in predetermined areas and sequence within the warehouse.
• File requisitions, work orders, and requests for materials or tools.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Open crates and packages within the warehouse.
• Record materials received and distributed using proper software.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.
• Support facilities maintenance as needed.
• Complete requisition forms for supplies.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
