Summary

RNDC seeks talented Warehouse Associates for our growing team on the Day Shift. You will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment. We provide training and support to help you succeed. Your efforts help ensure our customers enjoy many happy hours! Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, and housekeeping.

In this role, you will

• Safely unload trailers, verify loads, and stage products for put-away.
• Pick and pack orders using various methods like label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper tickets.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards based on LM metrics.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and clamper trucks.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Coordinate during shift hand-offs and interact with delivery personnel and receiving crews.

What you bring to RNDC

High school diploma or GED, preferably with one year of warehouse experience or equivalent. Certification to operate MHE is required. Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
