Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate's key duties include receiving, labeling, storing shipments, inspecting stock for damages, maintaining inventory records, and accurately fulfilling customer orders. We value dedicated team members committed to our success.

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan items into the warehouse management system
• Inspect stock for damages and record findings
• Organize warehouse space efficiently
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment
• Record shipment times and manage stock with tools like powered industrial equipment
• Perform routine cleaning duties
• Collaborate with management to meet key objectives
• Follow safety regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Lift, push, pull 10-50 lbs regularly; occasional lifts of up to 100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach frequently; sit and climb as needed
• Work in various environmental conditions and narrow aisles
• Good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception)
• Attention to detail, effective communication, time management
• Ability to work under pressure and with team members
• Flexible availability, including various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse settings
