Job summary

Loos & Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Rereeler to operate rereeling equipment, prepare wire and cable for shipment, and support general warehouse tasks.

You will read production specs, measure products, label and package finished goods, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate rereeling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust equipment according to product specifications.
• Inspect wire and cable for quality, defects, and proper winding.
• Measure and verify product length, size, and packaging requirements.
• Properly label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Move and stage materials using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and material records.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and customer specifications.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and report mechanical issues to supervision or maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate - Rereeler

Position Summary
The Warehouse Rereeler is responsible for operating rereeling equipment to prepare wire and cable products for shipment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and production standards. This position also assists with general warehouse activities, including material handling, packaging, labeling, and maintaining an organized and safe work area.

Work Environment
