Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure on-time delivery of parts to job sites and to keep inventory organized in the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle shipments and cycle counts.

The ideal candidate has two years of warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to operate forklift and handle heavy shipments.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and verify items against documents in the ERP system.
• Process outgoing shipments, including packing and shipping documentation.
• Manage inventory movements and keep stock organized in assigned locations.
• Perform monthly cycle counts.
• Pick, load, and record inventory allocations; unload and return stock as needed.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with packing and labels; maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Deliver materials to job sites when requested by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by Controller, Operations Manager, or General Manager.

THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELLSciens Building Solutions is seeking a qualified Warehouse Associate. This position will work closely with our Warehouse Manager to ensure on-time delivery of parts to job site locations, while keeping our warehouse inventory up to date and organized. The ideal candidate will have great communication and organizational skills.
