Job description

Join to apply for the Warehouse Associate role at TOPPAN Packaging Americas.

Hours: 4:45 pm - 5:15 am / 4 days on - 4 days off.

Training: Monday - Friday (7 am - 5 pm).

Location: Plant City, FL.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Learn to safely operate all warehouse lifts, including scissor lifts.
2. Lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
3. Pass a visual requirement test, including differentiating product by item number, color, and stacking pattern.
4. Perform daily cycle counts and inventory management tasks.
5. Use basic computer skills and familiarize with Navision system and RF scanners.
6. Maintain effective communication and prioritize tasks.
7. Assist with inventory adjustments, consolidations, and audits.
8. Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends when necessary.
9. Load and unload products and raw materials.
10. Follow safety policies, read safety postings, and respond to alarms.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
