Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a warehouse associate for a 3rd shift (Thu-Sat 5am-5pm, with Sun hours as needed). Pay rate is $17/hr plus $1 shift differential. You will assist in inbound material processing, inventory control, and ensuring stock levels support workflow.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and being insurable are required.
• Warehouse must be neat, clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
• Forklift operator experience is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive actions.
• Basic Excel skills: formulas, printing sheets, data formatting.

• Assist in receipt and processing of inbound material.
• Assist in maintaining inventory safely and accurately.
• Help ensure internal customers have stock to avoid workflow disruption.
• Perform inventory counts with required accuracy using current techniques.
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform daily pre-operational checks.
• Assist in providing necessary security within the warehouse (HIPAA).

3rd shift: Thursday-Saturday 5am-5pm (Sundays per business need)

Pay Rate: $17/hr. + $1 shift differential

What You'll Do Here:

• Assist in receipt and processing of all inbound material
• Assist in maintaining all inventory within warehousing safely and accurately
• Assist in ensuring that all internal customers maintain stock levels to ensure work flow is not disrupted
• Perform inventory counts at a required accuracy rating based on current measurement techniques
• Operate all warehouse equipment necessary to perform all required tasks
• Perform daily Pre-Operational checks on all equipment utilized by warehousing personnel
• Assist in providing necessary security within the warehouse (HIPPA)

The Skills You'll Bring:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable
• Maintain warehouse in a neat, clean, orderly, and hazard free manner
• Forklift Operator experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., mobility to crouch, reach, bend and do repetitive actions with hands and arms
• Basic Excel competence
  • Familiar with the user interface
  • Number and cell formatting
  • Set up a sheet for printing
  • Use arithmetic operators and knows a handle of common formulae, such as SUM or AVG
