Description

Warehouse Associates contribute to the success of ABH by ensuring that our customers receive a complete and accurate order, on time, and in excellent condition. They may be assigned specific departments and roles, with roles and locations fluctuating based on business needs. Cross-training in multiple departments or locations is expected.

Essential Job Functions

1. Perform all fulfillment functions, including Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns, and Receiving.
2. Identify items by barcode and description, count products accurately, and pick items from customer orders.
3. Scan items, verify scans match orders, and ensure correct batch codes.
4. Notify management of stock shortages or scanner issues.
5. Build boxes, label them, and record box details.
6. Arrange and wrap pallets, label pallets, and move them to staging areas.
7. Maintain a clean workstation and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
8. Operate equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks, and use tools such as tape guns and box cutters.
9. Adhere to safety standards and warehouse procedures.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Flexible work shifts, including weekends and potential overtime during busy periods.
2. Effective communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
3. Basic math skills and experience with RF scanning guns.
4. Knowledge of packing procedures, tools, and warehouse safety.
5. Physical ability to stand/walk most of the day and lift up to 50 pounds.
6. Experience in logistics or warehouse environments is preferred.
7. Availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am PST.

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds for most of the day.

Compensation includes a starting hourly rate of $17.00, full benefits, 401(K) with match, and bonus eligibility.
