We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Our Warehouse Associates are valued team members responsible for receiving, inputting, sorting, and loading/unloading products while ensuring shipping schedules are met. They contribute to company efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right product is delivered on time with high accuracy. Our Warehouse Associates work in a team-based distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow quality service standards and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Load/unload delivery orders and ensure signatures and paperwork are completed.
• Communicate professionally with all customer personnel.
• Maintain quality service levels and process efficiencies, seeking continuous improvement.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience operating a forklift (training provided).

Requirements

• Must be 21+ to drive company vehicle and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift frequently.
• Work effectively independently or in a team.
• Physically capable and willing to operate a forklift.
• Proficient in computer use.
