Warehouse Associate

Your Main Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipments, verify and record outgoing shipments.
• Unload/load trucks, examine incoming shipments, report damages.
• Verify shipment details against records.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move items.
• Deliver parts to departments, route non-inventory items.
• Handle paperwork for shipments.
• Pick, inspect, weigh, and pack items for shipment.
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
• Read schedules and orders to move or distribute items.
• Move materials within the warehouse, perform cycle counts, and maintain equipment.
• Assist in warehouse and customer service tasks.
• Maintain inventory and keep the work area clean and safe.

Education & Experience

Two years’ college or equivalent preferred; High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or training.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with desktop/laptop applications such as Lotus Notes & SAP.

Physical Demands

• Stand for up to 8 hours daily.
• Walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently.
• Lift/carry up to 50-60 lbs regularly.
• Push/pull objects with up to 60 lbs of force.
