Job summary

CXtec is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ, to support our distribution center operations. You will prepare shipments, inspect products, assemble orders, and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods. Strong teamwork and organizational skills are essential.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and prior warehouse experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a full-time schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of relevant warehouse experience if no diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment to customer locations.
• Clean and prepare products for stocking.
• Inspect products for damage.
• Assemble orders from inventory and pre-pack components.
• Load and unload trucks as they arrive.
• Log in shipments as received.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Shelve stock to inventory areas.
• Pull orders for other departments.
• Maintain quality per ISO procedures.

Warehouse Associate

Regular Full-Time Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ, US

Salary Range: $17.50 To $17.50 Hourly

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Goodyear Arizona. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions associated with the timely and efficient operation of our Technical Certification & Distribution Center. This is a great opportunity if you have previous experience working in a warehouse environment as a material handler, packer or order picker.

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour, Full-Time

Location: Goodyear, AZ

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare products for shipment to customer locations.
• Clean and prepare products for stocking.
• Inspect products for damage.
• Assemble orders from inventory and pre-pack the components.
• Load and unload trucks as they arrive.
• Log in shipments as received.
• Keep work area and entire facility clean and organized.
• Shelve stock to appropriate inventory areas.
• Pull orders as required for other departments.
• Maintain a high level of quality as set forth by CXtec’s ISO procedures.
• Assist in various departments as needed or directed.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

What we're looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • In lieu of diploma or GED, must have at least two years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and use teamwork to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with computer systems as well as warehousing practices and methods preferred.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
