Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, picking, and palletizing at our Ventura, CA site. This is a fast-paced, physical role requiring lifting 25–75 lbs and a strong work ethic.

You will be paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to grow within the company. Schedule is Monday–Friday, starting early morning; travel with the team may be involved as we operate across sites.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; physically demanding role.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but training may be provided.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up and housekeeping as assigned by site leadership.

Job description

Salary: $600 - $900 / Weekly

Location: Ventura, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30am – Finish

Requirements

• Lift and carry 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
