Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a capable Warehouse Associate in Riverside, CA. The role involves hands-on duties including loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing under the guidance of site leadership.

Candidates should be ready for a fast-paced, physical environment, with 25–75 lb lifting. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high energy.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Handle loading and unloading of goods.
• Select and move items; freight hauling and palletizing.
• Audit, repack, sort, and prepare items for shipping/receiving.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow site leadership directions.

Compensation

$680 - $1,100/weekly

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
