Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Chicago, IL site. This role involves a fast-paced, physical workload with responsibilities across loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and housekeeping under site leadership.

You will earn $600–$800 weekly, paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for career growth and travel to other sites as part of our team.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select orders, palletize, and perform related duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure safety standards across the warehouse.
