Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help process materials, move and stage items with a forklift, and ensure outgoing shipments meet customer specifications.

The role emphasizes safe material handling, accurate paperwork, and attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold quality standards across our ORBIS and Menasha Packaging operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet customer quality requirements and report issues immediately.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform Service Center Manager when maintenance is needed.

About The Opportunity

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing all materials in accordance with established standard operating procedures. This role ensures that all outgoing materials are in acceptable condition and meet customer specifications. Duties include general material handling and operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials throughout the facility.
