Job summary

Menasha Corporation's ORBIS RPM unit is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Normal, IL. You will operate a forklift to load/unload trailers, stage products, and process items per documented work instructions. You’ll complete paperwork, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure quality requirements are met for customer shipments.

This role requires 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience and prior forklift experience. Competitive wages and full benefits begin after 30 days of employment.

• Loading and unloading incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.

• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet the quality requirements of the customer, reporting any issues immediately.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and informs Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing all materials in accordance with established standard operating procedures. This role ensures that all outgoing materials are in acceptable condition and meet customer specifications.
