Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials, load/unload trailers, and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires forklift experience, safety focus, and the ability to operate RF scanning equipment.

Shift is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a pay rate of $23 per hour. Primary responsibilities include stocking, loading, documentation, and maintaining warehouse organization while following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience in a production or manufacturing environment required.
• Experience loading and unloading finished goods and raw materials required.
• At least one year of forklift operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and complete required documentation.
• Supply production areas with raw materials and stock.
• Remove and record waste from production lines.
• Organize warehouse inventory using RF scanning technology.
• Move finished goods to designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare freight for outbound shipments.
• Assist with baler and bander operations as needed.
• Remove and weigh scrap bales.
• Change forklift propane tanks when necessary.
• Operate electric forklift charging stations.
• Complete daily forklift inspections at the start of each shift.
• Perform weekly forklift preventive maintenance, including cleaning and blowout procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About The Opportunity

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading trailers, supporting production operations, and maintaining warehouse organization.
