Job summary

Carrier Enterprise seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading/unloading products, and maintaining inventory using warehouse technology. This role offers performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities within a leading HVAC/R distributor.

The position emphasizes safe handling, accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely distribution of HVAC products to contractors and dealers in the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably HVAC distribution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of products entering/exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with Store Associates and Sales Managers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (contractors, dealers).
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current Forklift experience required
