Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) and external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Receiving and Documenting: Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Safety Standards: Uphold environmental health and safety standards.
• Product Scanning: Scan products to ensure they are shipped to the right destination.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers for the delivery of products.
• Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations.
