Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC/R distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, loading and unloading, and inventory control using our warehouse technology. You will help ensure timely and accurate distribution of HVAC products and support internal customers with efficient service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC distribution.
• Forklift experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in PC skills and inventory/shipping systems.
• Current forklift experience (required).

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance‑based bonuses and incentives.
