Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a small supplements manufacturer, we need someone who can effectively manage the flow of products in and out of the warehouse, maintain accurate inventory records, ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, and handle shipments. This is a vital role that helps keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management:
   • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately.
   • Maintain up-to-date inventory records.
   • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
2. Order Fulfillment:
   • Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards.
   • Ensure all shipments are labeled and packaged correctly to prevent damage.
3. Warehouse Maintenance:
   • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
   • Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
4. Shipping and Receiving:
   • Coordinate with carriers to receive and dispatch shipments on time.
   • Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate tools and equipment.
5. Other Duties:
   • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to shipping and inventory.
   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems and shipping software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy packages (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods.
