Job summary

AFC Industries is a dynamic organization providing supply chain solutions for fasteners and assembly components. The company serves OEMs and manufacturers with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift to join our team in Ohio.

Position is full-time, 7 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with benefits including 401(k), health and vision insurance, and paid time off. Prior forklift experience and ERP/shipping familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and follow instructions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8 hours in a warehouse.
• Shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse environment helpful.
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming material from suppliers.
• Stock shelves and pallet racks.
• Locate and pull material for customer orders.
• Pack material for UPS or pallets for shipping.
• Complete documentation and process shipments in ERP.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - 1ST SHIFT

7AM-3:30PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY

What you\'ll be doing:

Our warehouse associates are responsible for:

• Receiving incoming material from suppliers
• Stocking shelves and pallet racks
• Locating and pulling material for customer orders
• Efficiently packing material in boxes for UPS or pallets for truck shipments
• Completing documentation, adhering to quality standards for all warehouse processes Completing customer deliveries, processing shipments in our ERP system and other tasks as assigned.
• Forkift/Standup picker, RF scanner, picking, receiving, and shipping experience a plus.

What you need:

• You will need to be a team player, take direction and strictly follow instructions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for 8 hours in a warehouse environment
• Shipping/Receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
• Computer skills and to be able to communication effectively.
• Must have 2+ years of forklift experience.

Position: Full-time

Hourly Pay up to $20.00-22.00(Depending on Experience)
