Job description

This is a hybrid position that will work both on the warehouse floor and in the shipping office as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily shipments to customers including pulling customer releases from the ERP system
• Prepares shippers, customs documentation, and bills of ladings
• Schedules pick-ups and deliveries
• Receives returned goods and documents
• Participates in physical inventories
• Able to set up and operate packaging lines
• Removes finished goods from the audit area and stores in designated area
• Verifies that all customer requirements are met prior to shipment. Checks labels, number of containers and other information against the packing list.
• Places all outgoing shipments in the correct staging area
• Operates lift truck and stand up lift truck
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Work Experience/Physical Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior tow motor experience
• Ability to move freely around the plant
• Ability to lift and transfer material weighing up to forty pounds
