Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Odessa, TX for 1st shift 6:00am-Finish or 2nd shift 3:00pm-Finish, Monday-Friday. Schedule set at time of hire. You will perform loading, unloading, picking, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general housekeeping.

We value a high-energy, hardworking attitude. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available. Benefits start after 60 days, and you can join our travel team to see the country.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, select, freight haul, audit, repack, sort, palletize and clean as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe, organized work areas.
• Follow site leadership instructions and safety protocols.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
