Dreisbach Enterprises is hiring for a full-time position in our cold storage warehouse in Oakland, CA. The role runs on a 4/10 schedule — Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 4:30 am to 3:00 pm with overtime opportunities.

The job requires hardworking individuals able to work in a fast-paced refrigerated environment (38–45 degrees). Physical duties include loading/unloading pallets, lifting 25–70 lbs, and standing throughout shifts, with regular attendance essential.

Qualifications

• Experience on an electric rider pallet jack is a plus but not required.
• Work in a cooler environment 38–45 degrees.
• Unload and load pallets from trailers and bobtails.
• Hand-stack of cases on to containers.
• Re-stack pallets with damaged cases or not road/warehouse worthy.
• Transport pallets in and out of freezers and coolers to docks.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. to 70 lbs. boxes, and stand/walk the entire shift.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load pallets from trailers and bobtails.
• Hand-stack cases onto containers and re-stack pallets as needed.
• Transport pallets to docks and move them in/out of freezers and coolers.

Must be hard working and prepared to work in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse setting. This is a physically demanding job. This is a full-time position with overtime.
