Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading staffing solutions provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Oakdale, PA to support shipping and receiving in the Operations Department.

The role requires the ability to lift 75 pounds, basic writing and communication skills, and basic computer skills, with a Friday–Sunday 18:00-00:00 shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push or pull at least 75 pounds.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends.
• Experience with loading/unloading trailers and handheld scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved or shipped.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Oakdale, PA

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 18:00-00:00

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic
• Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
