Base Pay
This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose
As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers’ vehicles. Your day will involve checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. If you are friendly, organized, hardworking, and thrive in a warehouse environment, Floor & Decor is the place for you. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.

• Restock the show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Load customers with the correct product.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse and customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift certifications through F&D or ability to obtain them.
• Successful passing of a drug test where legally required.

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping.
