Description

The Warehouse Associate will assist the warehouse department in all warehousing functions, focusing on order processing and replenishment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using an iPad.
• Organize and maintain products in the warehouse & LightSpeed racks, following FIFO.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate with production line/team leaders and supervisors.
• Report inventory discrepancies to team leaders and Supply Chain Manager.
• Record accurate inventory counts for picked, packed, scrapped, and excess items.
• Support additional projects and assignments as needed.
• Load/unload trucks for all routes/markets.
• Replenish stock.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Ability to use an iPad effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, including working with fractions and percentages.
• Willingness to learn operation of electric pallet jack.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in English for understanding laws, regulations, and communication.
• Support a service-oriented environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude with co-workers and customers.
• Meet weekly product picking metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Daily use of warehouse technology, including iPads.
