Build YOUR career at Caterpillar! We are seeking candidates eager to build more than machines. This is an excellent opportunity to join our North Little Rock AR team as a Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift, earning day-one benefits and starting at $18.05/hour.

As Warehouse Associate, you will handle various processes using mobile equipment and scan guns to move materials across receiving, warehouse, assembly, paint, and fabrication areas. You will ensure transactions are completed accurately and inventory is tracked properly.

Pay Rate and Schedule:

• Wage: $18.05/hour plus comprehensive benefits
• 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Overtime may be available with prior approval.

Responsibilities include:

• Working safely at all times
• Collaborating to ensure parts and components are available for production
• Using powered vehicles to unload and move materials
• Taking ownership of your work, seeking to learn and improve

Qualifications:

• Experience in work or volunteering (warehouse experience not required; training provided)
• Ability to operate mobile equipment like Reach Trucks, Stand Up Forklifts, Order Pickers
• Willingness to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred candidates will also have:

• Experience in warehouse receiving and with scan guns
• Experience with overhead cranes and SAP
• Good attendance and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, climbing, reaching, lifting, and operating heavy machinery regularly
• Ability to handle materials and work in various postures
