Warehouse Associate Job Description

Our Warehouse Associates are a vital part of distributing our products. We are seeking a warehouse person to work in a safe environment with positive colleagues.

The Warehouse person will:

1. Properly and safely stock roofing materials in the warehouse.
2. Pull inventory for customer pick-ups.
3. Use a forklift to unload inventory from incoming trucks and load trucks for deliveries.
4. Ensure accurate counts of inventory, rotate stock, and handle damaged materials properly.

Join a team with a "team-first" attitude. Work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekdays and Saturdays during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or shipping/receiving environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to get certified.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and good English communication skills.
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude aligned with the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving background checks, and a pre-employment drug test.
