Akkodis is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Contract position with a client. It is at Norcross, GA location.

Position: Warehouse Associate/Records Specialist

Location: Norcross, GA (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible to convert to full-time)

Pay Range: 17/hr - $19/hour on W2 without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)

Work Schedule: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Note- Public transportation might not be reliable—you need your own way to get there.

Job Description:

Need workers with physical ability to move boxes when needed.

Job Overview:

Join a long-term warehouse project focused on managing, reviewing, and processing physical files. You’ll help close a facility handling ~80,000 boxes. Tasks include organizing, verifying, and correcting documents, barcoding, and using IRM software (a plus).

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, review, barcode, and process files
• Perform scanning, photocopying, and file handling
• Follow detailed quality and security protocols
• Communicate and escalate issues to leads as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of filing/records experience (library or document control preferred)
• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High School Diploma required; college preferred

Nice to Have:

• Warehouse background (Iron Mountain, etc. – Amazon not applicable)
• Forklift or scanning/upload experience
• IRM software knowledge
• Air-conditioned breakroom with free snacks & drinks
• Forklift certification provided
• Possible overtime
• Conditional starts allowed pending background check clearance
