We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for our operations team in Camp Creek, Georgia. This is a hands-on role supporting the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, from receiving and storing materials to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and storage.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any issues.
Support other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Good communication skills with team leads and coworkers.
Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
Knowledge of shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is a plus.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
Forklift certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
