Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Newport, AR to support daily operations across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role requires forklift experience and the ability to work a 12-hour day in a food manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety and sanitation procedures, wear PPE, and maintain clean, organized areas while contributing to accurate orders and timely fulfillment. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience.
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Strong previous employment tenure/work history.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties for a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working around food waste and performing tote-cleaning duties.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift for a large percentage of the shift to move totes and materials safely.
• Handle and dump large totes containing food waste.
• Thoroughly clean and prepare totes for reuse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within food waste and warehouse areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food manufacturing procedures.
• Wear required PPE and food-safety gear.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality throughout the rotating schedule.
