Payrate:

• Hourly payrate: $28.60
• Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5 days per week, from Monday to Friday. From 3pm to 11pm (2nd shift). 7 to 8 hrs per day; 35 to 40 hrs per week.
• Location: 5600 East Division Street Mt. Juliet, TN 37122
• Tasks may include operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in warehouse activities such as truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Assemble and load products onto delivery trucks efficiently.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle incoming shipments and record defective items.
• Follow safety and quality standards to protect staff and products.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment using a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
• Physical capability to lift, bend, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs./25kg.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Possess or be able to obtain relevant licenses for equipment operation.
• Willingness to perform related duties as assigned.
