Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to accurately pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup. You will operate a forklift, assist with loading, and maintain inventory through regular audits.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and prior warehousing or distribution experience. The position offers standard hours with seasonal Saturday rotations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Capable of following instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, warehousing or related logistics roles.

Location: SCP Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 10335 Ironwood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Work hours: Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–4:30 PM with rotating Saturday mornings during summer season.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, and maintain inventory through audits.
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Ability to follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
