Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a warehouse associate in Santa Rosa, CA to accurately pull, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. You will help load trucks, log stock, audit inventories and maintain a safe, clean facility.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift with valid certification, following instructions, and supporting a team across distribution and warehousing. Prior forklift experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: SPP Santa Rosa, CA - 530A; 258 Sutton Pl, Ste 106 Santa Rosa, California - 95407

Pay: $25.00 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The compensation range for this position in California is between $25.00 and $25.00 based on a full-time schedule. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost-of-living adjustments. Your total compensation (pay, benefits, and bonuses) will be adjusted based upon your job classification, hours worked, and length of employment. Please note that benefits are subject to change.
