POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Delray Beach, FL to support receiving and pulling orders in a fast-paced environment. The role involves accurately filling orders, loading deliveries, and maintaining stock levels with regular inventory audits.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and forklift experience, can lift up to 100 pounds, and follow instructions with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; maintains inventory via audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-ups.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification; reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Keeps the facility clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Delray Beach, FL - 144 - 1395 NW 17th Ave, Ste 110 & 111, Delray Beach, Florida - 33445

Pay: $17.25 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 4:30PM

What to Expect?

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
