Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team! Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
4. Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials accurately and timely.
5. Maintain a clean workspace and participate in keeping the facility safe and accident-free.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
2. High attention to detail.
3. Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
4. Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
5. Self-starter with quick learning ability of our systems.
6. Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
7. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
8. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range

$16.53 - $24.81 per hour. Roles may also have bonus or incentive plans. Wage may vary by location to comply with local regulations.
