Join to apply for the Warehouse Associate role at QXO.

As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you’ll be responsible for handling materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our yard and warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials weighing 75+ lbs in the warehouse and yard.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Verify order contents and maintain documentation (e.g., pick tickets and inventory count sheets).
  • Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including tasks such as cleaning and painting.
Qualifications
  • Experience in operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift loads over 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work early morning shifts.
