Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various tasks related to warehouse and shipping operations, including fulfilling customer orders, receiving shipments, performing inventory counts, processing returns, and operating forklifts safely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring cost-effective packaging and timely delivery.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and store properly.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely to move merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing warehouse space.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Handle shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
