Job summary

Re-Bath is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Phoenix, AZ. This role handles receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods.
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking/packing orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verify accuracy and inspect for damage.
• Organize and store products per safety standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or couriers.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely (if certified).
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations.
• Drive company vehicle with flatbed trailer as needed.

• Organize and store products according to company safety and warehouse standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and promptly report safety concerns to management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations.
• Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer, as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday/for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when picking and packing orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Experience driving a truck and flatbed trailer.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
