Guild Garage Group LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Meridian, ID facility. This full-time, hourly role involves receiving, organizing, and preparing orders while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inventory records, and collaborate with a team to meet daily shipment goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or recognized.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse, material handling, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload shipments, verifying accuracy and product condition.
• Sort and store products in proper locations.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery and shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support teammates and contribute to efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or General Manager.

What You’ll Do:
