Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations under the Warehouse Manager, with focus on safety and efficiency in handling shipments and inventory. The role requires experience in warehousing, forklift certification, and the ability to drive a box truck.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's in business management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification and/or ability to complete forklift training and operate machinery safely per company protocol.
• Experience driving a box truck is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager and prioritize worker safety.
• Monitor expenditures to meet warehouse financial standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Assist in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to satellite locations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; move doors and pans within the warehouse.

About the Role:

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.

• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

• Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.

• Aids in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.

• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed

• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, moving doors and pans in the warehouse

Key Qualifications:
