Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Chicago to support warehouse operations under the Warehouse Manager, prioritize safety, and help manage inventory and shipments. The role involves driving a 16-foot box truck and keeping the warehouse organized.

Starting wage is $21/hr with potential to reach $25/hr; benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, 401K, paid vacation and holidays. Hiring is immediate, with a full benefit package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification and/or ability to complete forklift training and operate machinery safely.
• Must have experience driving a box truck.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in directing warehouse staff and ensuring safety first.
• Monitor expenditures and identify variances to meet financial standards.
• Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatch.
• Aid in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to satellite locations when needed.
• Maintain organized warehouse by cleaning and arranging doors and pans.

About the Role:

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Aids in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed
• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, moving doors and pans in the warehouse

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
