Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to support warehouse operations and safety. You’ll assist the Warehouse Manager, help monitor expenditures, verify shipment materials against packing lists, and aid satellite facility inventory and operations.

The role also involves driving a 16-foot box truck when needed, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and complying with company safety standards to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required or ability to complete training.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; box truck experience.
• Experience with warehouse software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in directing staff with safety as priority.
• Monitor expenditures; identify variances; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatch.
• Aid in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to satellite location when needed.
• Clean, organize, move doors and pans in the warehouse.

About the Role:

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.
• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Aids in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed
• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, moving doors and pans in the warehouse

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years’ warehouse experience
• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to Company protocol.
• Must have experience driving a box truck
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency
