Highbar is looking for an operations associate to distribute products to our customers and receive, organize, and stage product in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles and outbound trucks
• Move, count, and organize inventory
• Pick necessary products for staging
• Build and wrap pallets of outgoing products
• Stage outgoing build pallets
• Communicate with fellow operations personnel on inventory issues and topics
• Work as part of a team to complete daily inventory prep

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, move, and deliver products of all shapes, sizes, and weight, including heavy bulk items
• Ability to handle light assembly of furniture and office equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good standing driver’s license
• Excellent attendance

Desired

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate
• Ability to operate hand truck, forklift, and pallet jack
