As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you contribute to your team's success and the daily operations in warehouses and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for lunches and family celebrations. Our work truly contributes to more than we imagine.

You will perform various warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of the distribution center, such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with weekly pay at $16.00 per hour.

How you create impact

• Responsibilities may include receiving, checking, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and storing
• Verify and receive materials into inventory
• Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit
• Work from pick sheet to pull product or supplies
• Check orders against pull sheets
• Use material handling equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers
• Work overtime and weekends
• Other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
