Job summary

Visual Edge IT in Memphis seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate to support material flow and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced facility.

You will pick, pack, stage orders, maintain cleanwarehousing spaces, and operate pallet jacks safely; 1 year of warehouse experience preferred and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve inventory inaccuracies; report damages.
• Stock inventory in correct locations with accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for courier pickup.
• Maintain inventory integrity with cycle counts and audits.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Manage spoilage and disposal per policy.
• Complete reports and documentation on time.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; stay productive.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the flow of materials and equipment through our warehouse. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient order processing, and a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse environment. Primary Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify product accuracy, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve inventory inaccuracies and report any damages promptly.
• Stock inventory in correct warehouse locations with precision and organization.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for courier pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse spaces to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage spoilage and disposal processes in accordance with company guidelines.
• Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong productivity levels.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks and support other operational needs as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
